Tasting in BAR DOURO

Responding to the cal from the great Sarah Ahmed, international Godmother , guardian and propeller of Portuguese wines, we flew over to London for a tasting in BAR DOURO.
The ideia was to taste the contrasts and affinities between wines from 2 different Regions, Vinho Verde and Douro, made from similar philosophies of organic viticulture and Natural vinification.
Tiago Sampaio, who besides honoring us with his friendship i salso our consultant, was ( not by coincidence) the chosen producer from Douro.
Lively , joinful evening of many wines enlightened by the brilliance and windom of Sarah´s guidance and coments, and by the warmth of our host, MAX GRAHAM, and the delighful Portuguese gastronomc bites he produces.
